Mukund Marathe, Chief Financial Officer. Has over 35 years of experience in tactical and strategic business management of start-ups to billion dollar companies through periods of rapid growth. Mukund directs Finance, HR, Legal and Manufacturing Operations at Verismo. His previous experience includes careers at Cirrus Logic, Crossbow Technology, MMC Technology, Quintic Corporation, Read-Rite Corporation and Stream Machine Company.
Satish Mugulavalli, Co-founder and Chief Architect, directs the architecture and vision behind Verismo’s Research and Development. He was involved in architecting and building large embedded software products in the space of media routers, Broadband gateways, Remote Access servers and IP routers. His experience and expertise has been in the networking technology with careers at Multi-Tech, Ishoni.
Vijay Maheshwari, Co-founder and CTO, directs the vision behind Verismo’s product development. He was involved in building the
Gateway-on-a-Chip ™ – the world’s first platform combining voice, data and security processors on a single chip, after careers in Digital Video
technology at Digital Equipment, Bell Labs, C- Cube and Armedia.
